Transition Partners Co. was founded in 1994 to fill businesses need for high level Information Technology management consulting. Who better to help senior executives with IT than a group of former CIO’s who have “been there and done that”? We are based in Reston, Virginia with offices in many cities throughout the United States.
Transition Partners’ consultants are senior IT executives from Fortune 500 companies who address IT challenges from the top management perspective. We know best practices in the management of IT and technology; and we perform the analysis and manage the corrections - including turnarounds - utilizing your staff. We are totally independent of any hardware or software firms and our success is measured only by client satisfaction.

Transition Partners’ solutions range from simple assessments, to installation of best practices, to hands-on transformation of IT departments. If necessary, we serve as interim management. Our engagements typically involve only two or three consultants and we have no junior staff. Once corrections are underway, we help you hire or promote your steady state managers and when operations are stable, we leave.
